Days to pass planner
Turn a daily average into a realistic number of trading days to reach the profit target, against the minimum days and any time limit. The target, the limits, the minimum trading days and the consistency rule are each firm's published numbers for the account size you choose — where PassTraq has not verified a size, the planner says so and computes nothing.
Plan a challenge
1 · The challenge
Rules verified · figures come from Apex Trader Funding's published rulebook, read from the preset PassTraq's challenge tracker uses. Account sizes PassTraq has not verified are marked, never estimated.
2 · Your numbers
These are your own estimates, not Apex Trader Funding's data. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
Expected trading days
12 trading days
$3,000 target ÷ $250 a day = 12 days; Apex Trader Funding sets no minimum trading days — the profit target is what binds.

4 consecutive full-risk losing days would consume the whole $2,000 drawdown — and because it is intraday trailing, that ceiling is measured from your highest balance, not from the start.
This is arithmetic, not a forecast. It divides a published target by an average you typed in — there is no probability model here, no simulation and no confidence interval. Real trading days arrive in an order, and the order is what breaches a drawdown.
How the number is worked out
Step 1 — the target
The firm's profit target in dollars, divided by the average net day you type in, rounded up. A half day of progress is still a day you have to show up for.
Step 2 — the floors
Minimum trading days, and the profitable days a daily-profit consistency rule implies (at most 30% of total profit from one day means at least four profitable days). The plan is the largest floor.
Step 3 — the ceilings
Your planned daily risk is checked against the daily loss limit, and against how many consecutive full-risk losing days would consume the whole drawdown. A plan that breaches is not a plan.
Profit target and minimum trading days by firm
One headline account size per firm — $50,000 where the firm sells it, otherwise the middle of its ladder. Firms that publish a dollar ladder PassTraq has not verified at any size show as not verified rather than an estimate.

Days to pass — frequently asked questions
How is the number of trading days calculated?
The firm’s published profit target for the account size you pick is divided by the average net day you type in, rounded up to a whole day. That result is then compared with the firm’s minimum trading days and, where the firm has a consistency rule measured against daily profit, with the number of profitable days that rule implies. The largest of those is the plan, because a challenge is not passed until every one of them is satisfied.
Is this a prediction of whether I will pass?
No. It is arithmetic, not a forecast. Dividing a target by an average says nothing about the order results arrive in, and the order is what breaches a drawdown. The planner deliberately shows no probability, no simulation and no confidence interval, because any such number would be invented.
What are minimum trading days?
Most firms require a minimum number of days on which you actually traded before an evaluation can pass, regardless of how quickly you reach the profit target. Where PassTraq has verified that number it is shown and applied; where the preset does not carry it, the planner says it is not verified instead of assuming zero.
Why does a consistency rule change the number of days?
A consistency rule caps how much of your total profit may come from a single day. If one day may contribute at most 30% of the total, then at least four profitable days are needed to reach 100% — so the rule sets a floor on days even when your average day would reach the target sooner.
What happens if my planned daily risk is bigger than the daily loss limit?
The planner flags it. A day that reaches your planned risk would breach the firm’s daily loss limit, which ends the account regardless of how the profit plan was going. It also shows how many consecutive full-risk losing days would consume the whole drawdown ceiling.
Why does it refuse to calculate for some account sizes?
Several futures firms publish a fixed dollar ladder per account size rather than a single percentage. Where PassTraq has not verified the row for a size, the planner says so and computes nothing — a percentage of the balance would be a made-up number.

A plan is a division. PassTraq keeps the same target, daily loss limit and drawdown running against your actual fills, counts your real trading days, and warns you before a breach — not after.
