Prop firm payout and challenge tracker

Prop firm payout tracker, from the first fee to the payout.

PassTraq tracks a prop firm account from the first evaluation fee to the payout: payout readiness against the terms you copy from your firm, a printable payout report, and a ledger of what each challenge cost against what it paid. Your firm pays the payout, not PassTraq; PassTraq documents and measures, and guarantees nothing. Free on Starter.

How it works

How the payout tracker works, from the first fee to the payout

PassTraq exists to put those rules in front of you while there is still time to act, and to help you build the discipline that keeps an account alive, from the first trade of an evaluation to the payout.

  1. Add the account. Pick your firm's preset or a custom firm. Trades arrive from your Rithmic login or a CSV import into your trading journal.
  2. Record what you pay. Evaluation fees, resets, activations and data go on the Costs tab.
  3. Trade inside the rules. The prop firm rules tracker shows the room left on daily loss and drawdown.
  4. Hear about the pass. A target hit brings an email and a bell notice; a pass brings your firm's next steps.
  5. Enter your payout terms. On the funded account, the readiness card checks them and names the earliest day you could ask.
  6. Request it at your firm, then record it. Print the report if your firm wants one; add the payout when it lands.

Payout readiness

Payout readiness: four checks against your firm's payout terms

Payout readiness measures a funded account against four terms you enter from your firm: trading days, best-day share, buffer above the drawdown floor, and days since the last payout. PassTraq ships no funded rulebook: a term you leave empty is measured with no verdict, never guessed.

Trading days

CME trading days with a closed trade since your last payout or the account’s start.

Term: Min trading days

Best-day share

Your best day as a share of the profit in that window.

Term: Best day max (% of profit)

Buffer above the floor

Dollars above the drawdown floor: max drawdown minus what you have used.

Term: Buffer above floor (USD)

Days since the last payout

Calendar days since your last payout; the first has no wait.

Trading days end at 17:00 CT. When only time stands in the way, the card names the earliest eligible day, counting weekdays but not exchange holidays. It sits above the report and stays out of the printout. Plan ahead with the Consistency Rule Calculator, the Days to Pass Planner and the Trailing Drawdown Simulator.

Payout report

A printable payout report for your prop firm

The payout report is one document for one account and date range: its rules, its numbers and every trade, laid out to print. Save as PDF opens your browser's print dialog, with the filters and tabs left off the page.

  • Account. Firm, account, type, phase, size and starting balance.
  • Performance. Net P&L, trades, win rate, average R, gross P&L and commissions.
  • Rule compliance. Your worst day against the daily loss limit, the drawdown used (a trailing account off its peak) and progress to the target. A rule the account lacks says so, never $0.
  • Trade log. Every trade in the range with its net, and totals.

All times are UTC, so it reads the same anywhere. It opens on the last 30 days and carries your name. It is PassTraq's document, not your firm's form.

Prop money

How much prop firm challenges cost you, and what they paid

The prop money ledger sets what you paid each firm against what it paid you. You record each cost and each payout; PassTraq totals them per firm and shows the net.

What you record

Costs by kind (eval fee, reset, activation, data or other) and payouts, each with a date, an amount and the firm or account. Future dates are refused.

What it shows

Per firm: paid by kind, total paid, payouts and their count, and the net. An account's page lists the payouts recorded against it.

Your pass history

PassTraq also counts your own evaluations per firm: passed, breached, funded, ended by the firm. Pass rate = passed ÷ (passed + breached); a firm delisting an account is not a breach. Each breach names the first rule your closed trades crossed (daily loss limit or max drawdown), or says “Not in closed trades”, and links its autopsy. Try the free Eval Autopsy on any trade export.

Only your own login reads your payouts and costs; nothing is published or compared.

After the target

When an evaluation hits its target or passes

Hitting the target is not a pass; your firm decides, usually at the session close. PassTraq tells you at the target, records the pass, and shows the way to the funded account.

Target hit

An email and a bell notice: target hit, not a pass yet, and how your firm reviews it.

Passed

A flat evaluation at or above its target that the firm closes is recorded as a pass, not a breach. At Apex Trader Funding that is the firm's documented rule; elsewhere PassTraq asks you to confirm it.

Next steps

From each firm's help center, for 15 firms: the steps, any fee or deadline, and how the funded account arrives. A reminder comes 2 days before an activation deadline.

The funded account

At Apex Trader Funding, PassTraq finds the PA-APEX- account on your connected login and imports it in one click, no new password. Elsewhere the Account Manager lists new accounts on a connected login.

Payout terms by firm

PassTraq's presets hold each firm's profit split and payout schedule as published. They are for reading: readiness uses only the terms you enter.

Plans and limits

Free on Starter, and where it stops

PassTraq can't pass a challenge for you, and it guarantees nothing. It makes the rules, the room you have left and your own patterns visible, so the part of passing that is yours to control is always in front of you.

The plan

Readiness, the report and the ledger: Starter, free forever, and every paid plan. Accounts: 1 on Starter, 5 on Trader, unlimited on Pro and Quant. A passed or blown evaluation stops taking a slot, so its funded account fits. Start free.

Where it stops

Your firm pays, on its own review; PassTraq never requests or processes a payout. It knows your terms only as you enter them; the ledger holds your entries, never a bank feed.

Questions

Payout tracker: questions traders ask

What is a prop firm payout tracker?

Where a prop account stands against the payout: the terms your firm checks, the report you send, and what the account cost against what it paid. PassTraq keeps all three on one Payout page.

Does PassTraq pay out or guarantee my payout?

No. Your firm reviews the request and pays it. PassTraq never requests or processes a payout and guarantees nothing: it documents and measures.

Where do the payout rules come from?

From you: PassTraq ships no funded rulebook. Copy the terms from your firm’s current policy; an empty term is measured with no verdict. Each prop firm page shows the split and schedule on file.

How is the consistency rule checked before a payout?

Your best day is divided by the profit since your last payout and set against the percentage you entered from your firm. Over it, PassTraq shows the profit still needed. Plan ahead with the Consistency Rule Calculator.

Can I print a payout report for my prop firm?

Yes: pick the account and dates and press Save as PDF, which opens your browser’s print dialog. Every trade of the period is in it, times in UTC.

How much have my prop firm challenges cost me?

Record each fee and each payout, and the ledger totals them per firm: paid to the firm, paid to you, and the net. Entries are yours, by hand; there is no bank feed.

Does PassTraq tell me when I pass an evaluation?

A target hit brings an email and a bell notice: not a pass yet. Once the firm passes it, you get your firm’s next steps (written for 15 firms) and a reminder 2 days before an activation deadline.

Is the payout tracker free?

Yes, on Starter, free forever with 1 account; a passed or blown evaluation frees the slot for its funded account. Start free.
