Risk Disclosure

Trading futures is risky, prop-firm challenges are hard, and software does not change either fact. Here is what you should understand before relying on PassTraq.

Effective August 15, 2026

In short

  • Futures are leveraged: losses can be large and, in some accounts, exceed what you deposited. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.
  • Prop-firm fees go to the firm and are usually non-refundable. Most people do not pass. The firm’s rules and dashboard are authoritative, not our tracking.
  • Sim fills, backtests, replay and strategy results are hypothetical and do not represent real trading.
  • Analytics and Finia AI coaching are informational and can be wrong. They are not personalised advice.
  • Market data comes through your own broker and can be delayed or interrupted. Keep your broker platform open; do not rely on us alone.
  • Live order routing (Quant, beta) sends real orders. Defects or disconnects can place, alter, fail to cancel or duplicate orders — keep broker-side controls.
  • PassTraq is software, not a broker, adviser or fiduciary. Using it means you accept these risks.
