In short

This summary is for convenience only — the numbered sections below are the agreement.
1.Rithmic and OMNE
PassTraq invokes Rithmic software whenever it streams live market data, backfills historical bars or volume profiles, and whenever it routes, modifies or cancels an order.
The notices and artwork below are displayed as required by Rithmic’s attribution terms. The trademarks and copyrights are owned by Rithmic, LLC and by Omnesys, LLC and Omnesys Technologies, Inc. — not by PassTraq, and nothing here grants you any right in them.
Market data and order routing are provided through Rithmic's R|Protocol API.

2.Choosing a Rithmic system
When you connect your own broker account, PassTraq lists the Rithmic systems and their worldwide gateways by name so you can pick the one your broker issued your credentials for. Your Rithmic credentials are yours: PassTraq stores them encrypted and uses them only to open your own session with the system you selected.
3.Other third-party software
PassTraq is also built on open-source and commercial components — a web application framework and UI library, a hosted database and authentication service, a payment processor, an email delivery service, error and analytics tooling, and charting and compression libraries. Each is used under its own licence, and the open-source licence texts ship with the software that uses them.
Categories are listed rather than vendor names, matching the approach in our Privacy Policy. If you need the specific licence text for a component, email [email protected] and we will send it.
