Futures trading platform
A futures trading platform for prop firm accounts, in your browser, on your own Rithmic login.
PassTraq's futures trading platform runs in a browser tab on your own Rithmic login: charts with footprint, a click-to-trade DOM, and an order ticket with brackets held at your broker. It is in beta on Trader and up; live order routing is a Quant beta.

Charts
Charts for futures: time, tick and range bars, volume profile, footprint and delta
Every chart is drawn from your own feed's trades: a tick bar closes with its last trade, a range bar when its high-to-low reaches your size.
Time, tick and range bars
12 time presets from 1s to 1W. Tick bars at 100t, 250t, 500t, 1000t, 2000t or up to 100,000 trades; range bars at 4r, 8r, 10r, 16r or up to 1,000 ticks.
Volume profile
By period (session, hourly, 4 hours, daily, weekly or monthly) or over a fixed, anchored or visible range, with the value area and the point of control.
Footprint and order flow
Bid and ask volume at every price in each bar, with imbalances and the point of control. Delta comes in 4 styles: baseline strip, signed histogram, delta OHLC bars and cumulative delta. CVD, Order Flow and Time & Sales panels sit beside the chart.
Suggested levels. The prior day's high, low and close, the overnight range, today's VWAP and the latest swings, from the chart's own bars. Nothing is yours until you accept it.
Order entry
Click-to-trade: the DOM, the order ticket, brackets, Flatten and Reverse
One click on the ladder works an order at that price, the ticket attaches a bracket, and Flatten and Reverse act on the position your broker reports.
What one click on the DOM sends
The order type follows the price you click against the last trade; hover first and the ladder spells the order out.
| Column | Price you click | Order sent |
|---|---|---|
| Bid | below the last trade | Buy limit |
| Bid | at the last trade | Buy limit |
| Bid | above the last trade | Buy stop |
| Ask | above the last trade | Sell limit |
| Ask | at the last trade | Sell limit |
| Ask | below the last trade | Sell stop |
The ticket and its bracket
A limit goes out on one click. A market order from the ticket takes two while Confirm MKT is on, as it is by default. Pick an exit template per instrument and every new entry carries it:
- Scalp 8·8 TP 8t · SL 8t
- 2R 16·8 TP 16t · SL 8t
- Runner trail SL 10t, trailing 10t
- BE+6 TP 12t · SL 8t · stop to breakeven +1t at +6t
On a live account the bracket goes to Rithmic as a native bracket, held at your broker; on a sim account PassTraq's order gateway places it at the fill. Auto-BE and trail run in this browser while the workbench is open — not at the broker.
Flatten and Reverse
Flatten cancels the contract's working orders and closes the position with one market order sized from what your broker reports; if the broker says flat, nothing is sent. Reverse sends one market order for twice your position.
Every order is a click
No keyboard shortcut places an order, and no AI can. On the chart header, Buy and Sell always take two clicks: the first arms and names the order, the second sends it.
Your broker login
Your own broker login through Rithmic, and which prop firms connect
The platform charts and trades on the Rithmic login your firm or broker issued you. Apex Trader Funding and AMP Futures are live today, and 14 more prop firms connect in beta.
Use the Rithmic username and password your firm issued you, not your firm website login, and sign Rithmic’s market-data agreements first (R|Trader Pro asks on its first login).
PassTraq stores the password encrypted. Fill sync from a live login works on every plan, Starter included; the workbench starts on Trader.
PassTraq doesn't sell market data. Plans are market-data neutral: charts, the DOM, replay and backtests run on your own broker or Rithmic login. When the market is quiet, your chart is quiet; a dropped feed and a closed market get their own labels, never made-up ticks.

Sim and live
Sim accounts on every paid plan, live routing as a Quant beta
Practise on sim accounts on every paid plan. Live order routing is a beta on the Quant plan, switched on only after you accept an explicit live-trading acknowledgement.
Sim accounts
A sim account lives in PassTraq's order gateway, not your browser, so its orders stay when you close the tab. A market buy pays the ask and a sell hits the bid, so sim fills pay the spread.
Live routing
A live order goes to an account at your broker, an evaluation included. PassTraq routes it only on Quant, with an active subscription and the current acknowledgement accepted.
Rules on screen
Your firm's rules on the screen you trade from
The Rules HUD keeps drawdown left, daily loss left and the distance to your target above the chart, with a word at each level: CAUTION at 50%, DANGER at 70%, STOP at 90%.
The breach line
Each open position shows how many ticks against you reach the drawdown floor, and how much of the room its stop gives back. With no stop, the floor is your stop.
Guardian
Your own limits, stricter than the firm's: daily loss cap, max position, per-trade risk cap, losing-streak lock and cooldown after a loss. Off until you turn it on. It refuses an order that adds exposure past a limit; exits, Flatten and cancels always go through.
Copy trading between your own accounts
The account on screen leads; each follower copies at ×0.5, ×1, ×2, ×3, rounded down, and a Flatten closes each by its own position. Copying runs through live routing; sim accounts don't copy. How copy trading works.
All three come with the workbench on Trader and up; the same rulebooks drive the free prop firm rules tracker.
Plans

Questions
Futures trading platform: questions traders ask
Which futures trading platform works with prop firm accounts?
One that connects through your firm's broker technology. PassTraq connects through Rithmic: Apex Trader Funding and AMP Futures logins are live and 14 more prop firms connect in beta, among them Lucid Trading, Tradeify and Bulenox. For firms listed as soon, such as Topstep and MyFundedFutures, import their CSV into the trading journal.
Is PassTraq a Rithmic trading platform?
It connects to Rithmic with your own Rithmic username and password, for market data, history and orders. PassTraq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any prop firm, CME Group or Rithmic, except where a link is marked as a partner link.
Can I trade futures in a browser without installing anything?
Yes. Charts, the DOM, the order ticket and your positions run in one browser tab at passtraq.com/trade, on Trader and up.
Is the PassTraq trading platform free?
No. Starter is free forever but has no platform. The platform starts on Trader at $19 a month, in beta; cancel any time.
Can I send orders to my prop firm evaluation account?
Only with live routing, a beta: an order to an account at your broker, an evaluation included, is live, and PassTraq routes it only on Quant with an active subscription, after you accept the live-trading acknowledgement.
Can I place orders with a keyboard shortcut?
No. Every order is a click. No keyboard shortcut places an order, and no AI can.
What happens to my stop and target if I close the browser?
On a live account your broker holds the bracket; on a sim account PassTraq's order gateway does. Auto-breakeven and trailing run in your browser while the workbench is open.
